These terms cover your use of ReadyCheck ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app. The short version: use it decently, don't wreck it for other people, and understand that release dates come from publishers rather than from us.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ReadyCheck. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.
You need an account to join a squad, share availability, or plan sessions. Following games works without one. Pick a handle that isn't impersonating someone else or deliberately offensive; we may reclaim handles that do either.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. Squads you created pass to the longest-standing remaining member, along with the sessions you organised, so that other people don't lose their squad or their history.
ReadyCheck is a small social tool, and the rules are what you'd expect. Don't use it to harass, threaten, or abuse anyone. Don't post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexual involving minors. Don't spam invites, scrape the app, attempt to break its security, or use it to distribute malware.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can block and report other users from inside the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules, and we don't have to explain ourselves at length before doing it - though we'll try to be fair about it.
You keep ownership of what you create - your handle, squad names, session plans. By using the app you give us permission to store and display that content to the people you've shared it with, which is simply what makes the app function. We don't claim any broader rights over it and we don't use it for anything else.
ReadyCheck shows information about game releases, seasons and updates. That information comes from publishers, storefronts and public sources, and the app is careful to distinguish a confirmed date from an estimated one - but we can't guarantee any of it is accurate or current. Publishers move dates constantly, sometimes without notice. Don't book time off work on the strength of a countdown in this app.
Game names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners. They appear here to identify the games, not to suggest any endorsement or affiliation.
ReadyCheck is provided as-is, with no guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. It's an independently built app, not a service with an uptime commitment. We may change features, or stop offering the app entirely, at any time. If we intend to shut it down we'll give reasonable notice so you can retrieve anything you care about.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app - including a missed launch, a session nobody turned up to, or data that didn't sync. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
The app sends push notifications about launches you follow, session invites and friend requests. You control which categories you receive in Settings, and you can turn them off entirely in your device settings.
If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and note it in the app. Continuing to use ReadyCheck after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any dispute will be handled by the Danish courts. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protections of the law where you live.
